其实改代码要去“/wp-content/themes/twentyseventeen/template-parts/footer”文件夹；
找到“site-info.php”文件；
最后添加以下代码：
<a href="https://beian.miit.gov.cn/">蜀ICP备18015896号-1</a>
保存后就生效了。
之前在网上找了很多文章，就没一个靠谱的，后来翻代码找到方法了。
希望其它搜到这个的人，能少走弯路。
